- What is a credit?
- One credit equals one API call. Management operations like stationery uploads or template management are free, and all document-producing operations cost exactly 1 credit — no exceptions.
- Do unused credits expire?
- Credits from monthly plans expire at the end of the billing period. Additional credit packs are permanently valid and never expire.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current billing period. All billing is handled through Stripe.
- Is there a trial period?
- The Free plan with 100 credits per month is free forever — no credit card required. You can test all API features without restrictions.
